“False Personation”

In January 2019, the ACLU and New York Civil Liberties Union sued the NYPD on behalf of Linda Dominguez, a transgender woman who was charged with “false personation” after she provided officers with both her previous and current legal names.

I produced, filmed, and edited a short documentary that went viral on Twitter and photos that were featured in AP, Gothamist, Them, and other outlets.
