I transformed State Innovation Exchange's website and web content strategy, creating a modern platform that showcases the organization’s ongoing work. Since the overhaul, organic webpage views have increased by 291% and traffic from social media has increased 15 fold.

Other features of the new site include:

  • an SEO-friendly blog that captures the organization's ongoing work

  • 50% faster page load times

  • Vibrant, values-forward imagery

  • user-friendly reports and resources

  • a custom-developed legislator lookup tool

  • custom landing page functionality

American Rescue Plan Public Education Campaign

I reached over two million Americans in a national public awareness campaign about the COVID-19 relief benefits available through the American Rescue Plan.

The campaign included:

  • a custom landing page

  • multimedia ads

  • a social media toolkit for state legislators

  • a campaign video that garnered a 93.8% completion rate on YouTube

Expanding the Impact of Telephone Town Halls

State Innovation Exchange (SiX) reguarly hosts telephone town halls where constituents can speak directly to their state legislators. But without a considered digital strategy in place, each telephone town hall was a missed opportunity to reach a broader audience.

I executed a full revamp of the SiX's telephone town hall digital strategy, including:

  • redesigned event graphics and ad materials

  • a new custom event page on the organization's website

  • a new ad strategy that cut cost per ad link clicks in half

  • a new series of easy-to-read, Q&As edited from transcripts of the telephone town hall
